By submitting a commission request, you (”Commissioner”) have read and agreed to my (“Designer”) Terms & Conditions AND acknowledge that your request may or may not be accepted.


Violations to my Terms & Conditions will result in immediate cancellation of the ongoing commission request and being blacklisted.


General


◇ Commissioner must be at least 18 years old at time of request submission.

◇ Work will be done in accordance of the queue. Thank you for your patience~

◇ No rush orders.

◇ Tips can be sent via Ko-fi


Terms of Services


◇ Designer reserves the right to decline requests without explanation.

◇ Designer reserves the right to include the commissioned works, its progression, and scraped iterations in their portfolio & post on social media.

◇ Please credit Designer's work appropriately. (Twitter: @azuradreaming )

◇ Commissioner is responsible for providing assets if required depending on the commission request and ensuring they are legally acquired. Designer is not liable should issues arise in the future.


Don'ts & Wont's


◇ Will NOT do NSFW.

◇ Do NOT use commissioned work for NFT or AI-related purposes.

◇ Do NOT edit, copy, trace, or alter commissioned work without Designer’s permission.

◇ Do NOT redistribute or sell commissioned work NOR claim them as your own.


The Process


1. A quote will be provided to the Commissioner after the request has been accepted and understood. After Commissioner agrees to the price, an invoice will be sent.

2. After Commissioner fulfilled the payment, whether full or half, we can start discussing the design direction & etc.

3. Commissioner will be notified when their commission has started in the Concept stage.

4. Two concepts will be provided to Commissioner to choose between. Commissioner is allowed one free round of concept redo if neither hits the mark. Further concept redo will be subject to an extra charge.

5. Once a concept is chosen, Development stage will start.

6. Commissioner will be provided updates throughout the progress. Due note, all images sent will have a big watermark.

7. Commissioner is allowed 3 revisions.

      a. Minor revisions will not count towards the 3 revisions (i.e. me making a mistake or missing details we previously discussed).

      b. New design direction/concept change at this stage WILL incur additional changes!

8. Once the work is finalized by both parties, the finalized file will be delivered AFTER Commissioner fulfills any remaining outstanding payments.



Estimate Time of Delivery: 2+ weeks depending on the complexity of the commission, client communication, & IRL obligations.*

*The estimated delivery time frame is based on when I START the work not when I accepted it.


Payment Policy


◇ Prices are in USD. Accepting either PayPal or Venmo.

◇ Commissioner has two payment options to choose from:

     ◆ Fully upfront

     ◆ Half upfront & half before final delivery

◇ Work progress will not start until Commissioner has paid either full or half.

◇ Failure to complete the remaining half payment within 1 week with no communication will lead to you being blacklisted.


Refund & Cancellation Policy


◇ Designer reserves the right to cancel and refund the commission at any time.

◇ If work has not started and Commissioner decides to cancel, a full refund of what was already paid will be given.

◇ No refunds if we are on or passed the Concept stage.
